Please contact Mary Clinton if you have not done so regarding attendance at tomorrow’s event! This past weekend we had our picnic with the Daughters of Charity at the St.Louise House. Here is a lovely message about the event from our Historian Chair Dorothy Schmidt:
The Ladies of Charity’s First Annual Barbecue for the Daughters of Charity was a big success all around! Although the skies were gray and threatening, the brave cooks grilled hot dogs and hamburgers outside for everyone! Inside the buffet table was laden with many delicious salads & other dishes like baked beans, deviled eggs, tortellini and potato chips. Hot and cold beverages were available and the dessert table offered all kinds of sweets! One thing is for sure, no one went hungry at the barbecue! More importantly, there was a delightful mingling of all ages. Many Ladies of Charity brought their family and friends. The room rang out with the sounds of conversation, laughter and sometimes even song! What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon in June!
May God Bless Us All

BREAKING NEWS: You can now follow your local LOC chapter on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram!
This past weekend, three of our Ladies ran a table at the Safe Summer 2015 event in Cohoes where they distributed information about Mary’s Corner. So grateful that God blessed them with a beautiful day and that they were able to inform such a large number of people about all of the great things that we do through Mary’s Corner.
